Hello world! I’m starting this blog as a way to document my personal philosophies and how yoga principles have helped shape my daily life. I don’t intend to write on a regularly scheduled basis, just when the mood strikes and I feel inspired to share something that may resonate with or help others who are curious about what they might gain from a consistent practice 🙂 .
